VONOA Carbon & Titanium Spokes

The Aerion EVO 60 uses 3.0mm VONOA carbon spokes with titanium interfaces.

Carbon spoke construction combines exceptionally low weight with high stiffness and low elongation, helping create the immediate response and direct power transfer expected from a top-level performance wheelset.

Reducing spoke mass also contributes to the exceptionally low overall weight of the Aerion EVO system.

It's another example of OVERFAST looking beyond conventional wheel construction in the pursuit of performance.

OVERFAST EVO Hubs

At the centre of the wheelset is OVERFAST's flagship EVO hub system.

Developed around the demands of an ultralight carbon-spoke wheel, the EVO hubs combine low weight with the dedicated interfaces required by the VONOA carbon and titanium spoke architecture.

Modern 25mm Internal Width

A 25mm internal rim width provides a modern platform for contemporary performance road tyres.

The wider internal profile supports higher-volume tyres and creates a stable tyre shape, allowing riders to take advantage of modern tyre pressures without compromising the aerodynamic intentions of the wheel.

Hooked Rim

Despite pushing wheelset weight exceptionally low, OVERFAST retains a hooked bead on the Aerion EVO 60.
