VONOA Carbon & Titanium Spokes

The Aerion EVO 85 uses premium 3.0mm VONOA carbon spokes with titanium interfaces.

VONOA carbon spoke technology combines extremely low weight with high stiffness and low elongation, creating an exceptionally direct connection between hub and rim.

Under power, that translates into the sharp response and precise feel expected from a flagship performance wheelset.

The individually replaceable spoke architecture also retains practical long-term serviceability — an important consideration on a wheelset designed to be ridden hard, not simply admired.

OVERFAST EVO Hubs

At the centre of the Aerion EVO 85 sits OVERFAST's flagship EVO hub platform.

Designed around the requirements of the VONOA carbon and titanium spoke system, the EVO hub contributes to the Aerion's low system weight while providing the precise interface required for its carbon spoke architecture.

Hooked Rim

OVERFAST retains a hooked bead across the Aerion EVO range, including the flagship 85.

This provides greater flexibility when selecting compatible tyres and pressures while retaining the security and familiarity many performance riders prefer from a hooked road rim.
